1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The 77vip website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" / "Member" — Any person who has registered at 77vip or is using the services.
• "Account" — Each member's personal registered account.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — Any amount of money staked on a sports bet or casino game.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit offered to members by the platform.
• "Wagering" — The amount of bets required to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

77vip services are available only to persons aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. The platform may request proof of age verification at any time. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be suspended immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Providing complete, truthful, and accurate information at registration is mandatory. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds. If your information changes, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77vip accepts transactions only through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method registered to your account. Processing may be delayed if account verification has not been completed at the time of the withdrawal request.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number and details when making deposits and withdrawals. 77vip will not be held liable for any loss caused by incorrect information.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or attempting any other manipulation with the intent of gaining bonus benefits will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to permanent account closure.

4.4 VIP Program

The 77vip VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at the Bronze tier to a maximum of 1.0% at the Diamond tier. Advancement to higher tiers is entirely at the platform's discretion.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

77vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please fulfill any applicable wagering requirements and withdraw your remaining balance.

9 Dispute Resolution

10 Limitation of Liability

77vip always strives to ensure the reliability and security of its services. However, 77vip will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Internet connection issues or faults with the user's device.
• Loss caused by the user's negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or disruptions during system maintenance.
• Financial losses to the user that are not a direct result of 77vip's fault.

10.1 Service Interruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We regret any inconvenience this may cause users, but 77vip accepts no liability for financial compensation in such cases.

11 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vip platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 77vip and is reserved. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Software and content belonging to third-party game providers used on the platform are the intellectual property of those respective providers.

12 Governing Law & Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

13 Changes to Terms & Contact

77vip reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the new Terms.
